Justin Harts, commander, Destroyer Squadron 15, walks with Capitaine de Vaisseau Julien Dubs, executive officer of the French Navy Aquitaine-class frigate FS Bretagne (D655), during the ships port visit to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, Aug. 9, 2024. Bretagne is currently operating in the Indo-Pacific area. DESRON 15 is the Navy's largest forward-deployed destroyer squadron and the U.S. 7th Fleet's principal surface force.
