Sinclair Harris, a former commander of U.S. 4th Fleet and a Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) alumnus, visits NPS to speak with students, faculty and staff about bringing awareness and urgency to meet growing energy demands, Aug. 13, 2024. NPS is located in Monterey and provides defense-focused graduate education, including classified studies and interdisciplinary research, to advance the operational effectiveness, technological leadership and warfighting advantage of the Naval service.
