Col. Wayne W. Grigsby Jr., from Prince George's County, Md., commander of the 3rd BCT, thanks reservists currently attached to the 3rd BCT, for their service, at the Hammer Dining Facility on April 23. The 3rd BCT celebrated the 100th anniversary of the US Army Reserves with a cake. Maj. Daniel McCabe, from Knoxville, Tenn., a reservist team chief for Co. A, 489th CA Bn., also from Knoxville, currently attached to the 3rd BCT, was honored that Grigsby recognized the reserve Soldiers. "Our relationship with the 3rd BCT has been excellent," he said. "We are all very proud of what we have accomplished here."
