Combat medics treat a simulated female casualty during a medical operational field test at the Fort Cavazos Medical Simulation Training Center. The U.S. Army Medical Evaluation Training Activity conducted the test on behalf of the Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. Currently the Army does not have high fidelity female simulators for combat casualty care training. That may soon change pending the results of this operational test.
