Master Sgt. Michael Rogers, a Test Officer with the U.S. Army Medical Test and Evaluation Activity, takes notes while soldiers treat a simulated causality at the Fort Cavazos Medical Simulation Training Center. MTEAC conducted an operational field test on high fidelity female simulators for the Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. Currently the Army does not have high fidelity female simulators for combat casualty care training. That may soon change pending the results of this operational test.
