U.S. Navy Sailors, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, U.S. Marines, assigned to 7th Engineer Support Battalion (ESB), Philippine Navy Sailors, local civilians, and school children pose for a photo after completing the Taritien Elementary School on May 23, 2024, on Palawan, Philippines. NMCB 4 and 7 ESB were tasked with building Taritien Elementary School to increase local access to education. NMCB 4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region to support and maintain a free and open Indo-Pacific.
