The Adult English Program was held in the evening once a week at Camp Schwab. This year, there were 42 local residents signed in and 26 attended the Completion Ceremony. Iha Fumio, community relations specialist of Camp Schwab, said that it started for the people in surrounding districts to familiarize with English and eventually to help them find employment on the base in 2002.

2024年4月3日、キャンプ・シュワブ教育センターで行われた「大人のための英会話クラス」表彰/修了式の前に、修了証にサインをするキャンプ・シュワブ司令官のエリック・T・クラーク大佐。
「大人のための英会話クラス」は、キャンプ・シュワブで週1回、夕方に開催された。今年は42人の地域住民が参加し、26人が修了式に出席した。キャンプ・シュワブ渉外官伊波文雄氏によると、このプログラムは周辺地区の人々が英語に慣れ親しみ、最終的には基地内での就職に役立てばと2002年に始まったという。
