U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations and Environment Brendan Owens takes notes while meeting with Soldiers from U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Headquarters and Headquarters Company as part of his visit to Clay Kaserne, April 9. While visiting USAG Wiesbaden, Owens was able to speak with several senior non-commissioned officers and officers during a no-host lunch to get a pulse on the community, as well as their perspective on quality-of-life issues important to them and their Soldiers.
