USAG Wiesbaden Directorate of Public Works Director Rod Oshiro and the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations and Environment Brendan Owens discuss a recently renovated barracks kitchen project that was upgraded as part of the garrison barracks improvement plan. Owens visited U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden to meet with garrison leaders and Soldiers, tour infrastructure and discuss Soldier quality-of-life. While on Clay Kaserne, he visited both single Soldier and family housing areas, as part of his walking tour, April 9.
