U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Todd Wasmund, commanding general of the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), is awarded the French Legion of Honor by French army Général de division (Maj. Gen.) Rémy Cadapeaud, commander of the 3rd Division French army, during an award ceremony at the 3rd Div. headquarters, in Marseille, France, March 22, 2024. The 3rd Div. held the award ceremony to recognize the distinguished service of soldiers from the U.S. and French armies for their contributions to advancing the partnership between the two countries.
