Corporal Juan Grageda, a power plants mechanic with MCAS Yuma-based Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13 and native of Phoenix, Ariz., volunteered as security detail during a live performance at the Mardi Gras festival on Main St., Jan. 2. "Basically, we're making sure no one takes alcohol out of Main St.," said Grageda. “Making sure everyone’s having fun and staying safe.”
