The base held a “Topping Out” ceremony at the Consolidated Communication Center construction site at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Jan. 10, 2024. The CCC will support the 744th Communications Squadron, 89th Communications Squadron and 27,000 members throughout the National Capitol Region. The Defense Information Systems Agency’s Tech Control Facility will also be located in the CCC, with more than 55,000 circuits coursing through the facility.
