President George H.W. Bush addresses a crowd at the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, Jan. 26, 2001, during a memorial ceremony in honor of American service members who died in the Gulf War. The ceremony commemorated the 10th Anniversary of the liberation of Kuwait by coalition forces. Bush vowed that the U.S. would never let Kuwait down.
