PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 23, 2023) - An E-2C Hawkeye, assigned to the "Liberty Bells" of Airborne Command and Control Squadron (VAW) 115, launches from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), Sept. 23, 2023. The Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group is currently conducting advanced tactical training in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations with a focus on refining their integrated combat effectiveness.
