Retired Lt. Col. Jay N. Bibler, a former F-4 Phantom and a San Jaquin Valley, Calif., native, shows a painting of an F-4 Phantom that was completed by a friend who was killed in action in the Vietnam War at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, Dec. 18. Bibler flew with the artist during his first tour in Vietnam.
