A T-34 training plane is displayed at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, Dec. 8. Retired Lt. Col. Jay N. Bibler, a former F-4 Phantom pilot and a native of San Jaquin Valley, Calif., flew in this type of plane during pilot training in 1958.
