Retired Lt. Col. Jay N. Bibler, a former F-4 Phantom pilot, and a San Jaquin Valley, Calif., native, shows an artist’s drawing of an A-4 in the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, Dec. 18. Bibler flew the A-4 aboard Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Calif., in the 1960’s before he transitioned to flying the F-4 Phantom.
