BREMERTON, Wash. (Aug. 7, 2023) – Randy Miller of the Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (PACT) Fleet Engagement Team interviews a PACT Sailor during the MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium (CDS) Pacific Northwest held at Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Aug. 7, 2023. The Fleet Engagement Team provided career counseling to 133 PACT Sailors from Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, which resulted in 118 Sailors gaining a rating with follow-on orders or on track for a rating that requires a package submission.
