A Kuwaiti explosive ordinance disposal diver climbs aboard USS Scout (MCM 8) March 3, in the Persian Gulf. U.S., U.K. and Kuwait naval forces conducted a mine countermeasures exercise Feb. 26 - March 6, to increase interoperability and strengthen their partnerships. Coalition sea services operate across the full spectrum of operations to include mine countermeasure capabilities, a key element of maritime security operations.
