Maj. Gen. John R. O'Connor, deputy chief of staff, G4, Forces Command, discusses the daily operations of the Defense Logistics Agency's fuel yard at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst with Col. Ron Ross, DLA Energy Americas commander, and employees of DLA contracted companies. The DLA is working in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Defense and state and local agencies to provide assistance to areas affected by Superstorm Sandy.
