Maj. Gen. John R. O'Connor, deputy chief of staff, G4, Forces Command, greets an employee of one of the Defense Logistics Agency's contracted companies during his visit to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Nov. 7. The DLA is working in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Defense and state and local agencies to provide assistance to areas affected by Superstorm Sandy.
