Sgt. Justin Armstrong, a native of Apple Valley, Minnesota, a combat engineer with a detachment of 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group based out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., uncoils a hose to pump water out of the basment of an apartment complex in Far Rockaway, N.Y. on Nov. 4.
