Gunnery Sgt. Justin Gober, a native of Jacksonville, FL., a combat engineer with a detachment of 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group based out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., primes the water pump before beginning to clear the water out of the basement of an apartment complex in Far Rockaway, N.Y. on Nov. 4.
