Gunnery Sgt. Justin Gober, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, a combat engineer with a detachment of 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group based out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., controls a hose that is pumping water out of the basement of an apartment complex in Far Rockaway, N.Y. on Nov. 4.
