    Under Secretary of the Army Joseph W. Westphal talks with senior leaders at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) about how to most effectively train soldiers for the future, Oct. 18, 2012, Fort Polk, La. The purpose of Dr. Westphal's visit to the JRTC was to underscore the extensive capabilities and interdependence of combined operations between Army Conventional and Special Operations Forces as well as to highlight the vital role of the JRTC as the Army trains soldiers for current missions and prepares for future requirements.
