A military medical facility, likely a forward surgical unit or combat support hospital, shows personnel in U.S. Army combat uniforms and medical scrubs attending to a patient on a gurney. Medical staff wearing surgical caps, masks, and gloves are performing or demonstrating a medical procedure while a group of uniformed soldiers observes in the background. The setting appears to be a training exercise or demonstration given the number of observers present.
