A 33rd Rescue Squadron HH-60 Pave Hawk and an A-10 Thunderbolt II from the 25th Fighter Squadron kick off the first day of Pacific Thunder 2012 during a combat search and rescue training mission at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 12, 2012. Pacific Thunder 2012 is an annual two-week exercise where members of the 33rd and 31st Rescue Squadrons met up with the 25th FS and multiple other at Osan AB to test CSAR tactics to prepare for real-world emergency situations.
