A combat rescue officer and three pararescuemen from the 31st Rescue Squadron perform alternate insertion and extractions from a 33rd Rescue Squadron HH-60 Pave Hawk during a combat search and rescue training scenario for Pacific Thunder at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Oct. 12, 2012. Pacific Thunder 2012 is an annual two-week exercise where members of the 33rd and 31st Rescue Squadrons met up with the 25th Fighter Squadron and multiple other units at Osan AB to test CSAR tactics to prepare for real-world emergency situations.
