    Builder 1st Class Douglas Hoffman, NAVOPSPTCEN Ventura County, Calif., petty officer in charge of color guard, shakes the hand of Navy veteran Samuel Haberman, who served aboard the USS Los Angeles during the Korean conflict. Full Time Support and Navy Reserve sailors visited the Topanga Park Retirement Living facility during the Spirit of '45 celebration to spend time with the veterans and learn about the path they follow. The Spirit of '45 event was organized by VITAS Innovative Hospice Care and the Topanga Park facility to pay tribute to World War II veterans.
