U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Josh Plocinski, 13th Fighter Squadron fighter pilot, taxis to the runway in an F-16 Fighting Falcon fitted with a new active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar upgrade at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Dec. 5, 2022.
