(Oct. 21, 2022) – Sixty-five Sailors assigned to perspective commands onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) donned a pair of gold-fouled anchors for the first time to become the 129th class of chief petty officers, Oct 21, 2022. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
