Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning chillers inside the chiller room of the Central Utility Plant in Stockton, California, which supports the much larger VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and, eventually, the Community Living Center. Crews have been building the CUP since late 2019 and have made significant progress in installing the building’s utility support systems. The CUP and CBOC are scheduled for completion in 2023.
