A cooling tower unit sits outside the Central Utility Plant in Stockton, California, designed to support the much larger VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic next door and, eventually, the Community Living Center. Crews have been building the CUP since late 2019 and have made significant progress in installing the building’s utility support systems. The CUP and CBOC are scheduled for completion in 2023.
