U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Richard Moore, from Rogers, Arkansas, right, and Cpl. Christopher Campbell, from Homestead, Florida, both combat engineers assigned to Marine Wing Support Squadron 271, Marine Air Control Group 28, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, operate a concrete saw to cut spall during an airfield damage repair exercise as part of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) 1-23 course, at Canon Air Defense Complex (P111), near Yuma, Arizona, on Oct. 1, 2022. WTI is a seven-week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, providing standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
