Dawn Rosarius, Principal Assistant for Acquisition with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, learns about the prototype of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle Ambulance Kit, which is currently the only such prototype in the Army. The U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) brought the vehicle to the Military Health System Research Symposium at Kissimmee, Fla., Sept. 12, 2022. As the premier developer of world-class military medical capabilities, USAMMDA is responsible for developing and delivering critical drugs, vaccines, biologics, devices and medical support equipment to protect and preserve the lives of Warfighters across the globe.
