Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, Commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command, U.S. Northern Command, provides remarks during the Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic (FMFLANT), Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), Marine Forces Northern Command (MARFOR NORTHCOM) change of command ceremony at the Naval Station Norfolk Pennsylvania House, Virginia, Aug. 30, 2022. VanHerck discussed the important role of MARFOR NORTHCOM in the NORAD and NORTHCOM Campaign Plan.
