Cavanaugh, the incoming commander of Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, Marine Forces Northern Command salutes colors during the change of command ceremony at the Naval Station Norfolk Pennsylvania House, Virginia, Aug. 30, 2022. During the ceremony Brig. Gen. John F. Kelliher III relinquished his duties to the incoming commander, Cavanaugh.
