General Maj. Gen. Todd R. Wasmund and Command Sergeant Major Charles W. Gregory, Jr., U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa, stand alongside SFC Alexsandria Pavlenko, Dental Health Activity Italy, on Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, August 3, 2022. SFC Pavlenko was recognized during the Commander's Ready and Resilient Council (CR2C) Warrior Recognition ceremony for voluntarily taking on the work of three different positions, in addition to her own workload, during a three month staff shortage in her unit. During this time she spent countless hours making sure the command was covered, Soldiers' needs were being met and constantly putting her team's needs before her own in order to improve their readiness, promotion status, and Soldiering skills. In addition, as a Master Marksmanship Trainer, SFC Pavlenko has proactively reached out to other units in the Vicenza Military Community to provide marksmanship training.
