An UH-N1 Huey aircrew from the 40th Helicopter Squadron prepares to land on a helicopter pick-up site during an exercise July 15, 2022 at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. During the exercise, the 40th HS Search and Rescue team provided helicopter support for patient evacuation. They performed hoisting maneuvers with live patients while medical personnel practiced patient packaging for helicopter transport, including loading and unloading patients from running helicopters.
