The 341st Medical Group conducted a mass casualty exercise July 10, 2025, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. The team was tasked with responding to more than a dozen injuries of varying severity. Moulage was applied to volunteers who acted in designated roles to create a realistic, high-pressure environment for the Airmen treating their injuries. These kinds of exercises are critical to maintaining the readiness of Malmstrom's medical team. Simulated casualties help sharpen clinical skills, build team coordination and ensure Malmstrom's medics are ready to respond to any scenario at any time.
