Maj. Gen. David W. Maxwell takes command of Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) during a ceremony at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall on July 15, 2022. The ceremony recognized the significance of the passage of command and formally appointed the incoming commander.
