Maj. Gen. David W. Maxwell accepts the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) colors from interim MCICOM Commander, Brig. Gen. Andrew M. Niebel during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall on July 15, 2022. The ceremony recognized the significance of the passage of command and formally appointed the incoming commander.
