Mark Knapp has been working in Army food service for 35 years. By day he’s the food service program manager at Logistics Readiness Center Italy, but when he’s not at work he’s usually tending to his apple and cherry trees, berries and vegetables at his small farm in San Pietro in Gu, Italy.
