U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Carlos Ortiz, a trumpet instrumentalist with the 2d Marine Division Band, performs a solo during the Belgian Defence International Tattoo in Namur, Belgium, June 1, 2022. This five-day festival is the first Belgian International Tattoo, which was originally planned to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Belgium in 2020, but was postponed due to COVID-19.
