220511-N-LI114-1075 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 11, 2022) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Tyler Domingue simulates checking a simulated casualty for breathing during a mass casualty drill in the hangar bay of the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Mass casualty drills are designed to simulate a mass casualty event where firefighting and medical response teams train in unison to keep the ship mission ready.
