Arizona Army National Guard Soldiers from the from the 996th Area Support Medical Company carry a simulated casualty with a litter into the Role 2 medical facility during a joint military/civilian medevac exercise, April 23, 2022, at Florence Military Reservation in Florence, Ariz. The casualty, a high-fidelity human simulator provided by the HonorHeath Military Support Program, provided realistic training for the Soldiers and simulated human physiology such as breathing, heart rate and real-time responses to treatment.
