Arizona Army National Guard Soldiers from 2-285th Assault Helicopter Battalion and 996th Area Support Medical Company transfer a simulated casualty to an M997A3 ambulance truck from a UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter during a joint medevac exercise at Florence Military Reservation, April 23, 2022, in Florence, Ariz.
