JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 13, 2022) - Lt. Cmdr. Lauren Dinan, a pediatric nurse practitioner and associate director of medical services, reviews staff schedules with Cmdr. Gina Romano, associate director of nursing services, at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s command suite. Dinan holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University. A native of Cumberland, Maine, she says, “Nursing is the backbone of medicine.
