Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), explains the repair capabilities of the ship to Royal Australian Navy sailors assigned to the RAN Collins-class submarine HMAS Farncomb (SSG 74) during a tour of the ship at HMAS Stirling naval base, April 19, 2022.
