“A lot of PACT Sailors wanted this to happen,” MartinezPompa said. “I hope that this continues forward. This is such a great opportunity for all of the PACT Sailors.”
Prior to enlisting in the Navy, MartinezPompa was in the Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps in high school.
The Fleet Engagement Team, consisting of enlisted community managers, rating specialists and detailers from NPC, worked one-on-one with PACT Sailors in Japan to provide career counseling, designate ratings and negotiate orders on site.
